Conspiracy theorists should be having a field day about this flurry of suppressed evidence in the David Bain trial. Fair minded folk might think what is the point of it. The trial is over. The not guilty verdicts delivered. Skeptics might think actually it is not over yet. Should David Bain seek compensation - and one might think he should - his case will be subject to a scrutiny of a different kind with a different threshold. Could all this stuff be intended to muddy those waters or is it just this dismal day?  


  1. Tis indeed a dismal day - the guy has been convicted - done the time - then had the verdict over turned -tried again - and aquitted .
